Your energy pattern is:

Nothing may be dramatically wrong — but when energy becomes dispersed it can create the feeling of being constantly busy without the deeper sense of momentum or fulfilment you're looking for.

This pattern often appears during periods of transition, when priorities shift but clarity about the next direction hasn’t fully emerged yet.

Many female founders reach a point where they're carrying more responsibility, making more decisions and holding more of the business together than they ever intended. From the outside, everything may look successful. On the inside, it can feel exhausting. 

If nothing changes, the risk is that this starts to affect more than just your energy. Over time, it can chip away at your enjoyment, confidence and sense of freedom, limit the growth of your business, and begin to impact your relationships and the life you're trying to build around it.

When energy becomes spread across many priorities, clarity can start to fade.

Take a moment to reflect on two simple questions:

What currently gives me energy?

What currently drains it?

Write down three things for each list.

Often patterns become visible very quickly.

Clarity doesn't always come from adding more goals — sometimes it starts by noticing where your energy naturally flows.
