My Approach
I help female founders build themselves and their business at the same time.
My background is a slightly unusual mix of corporate operations, business improvement and coaching. I've spent more than a decade working alongside businesses, helping to bring structure to the chaos, improve the way things work and turn what's sitting in someone's head into something clear, practical and manageable.
I love a good system. I like things in black and white. Give me a complicated business, a head full of ideas or a process that nobody quite understands and I'll happily start untangling it.
But businesses aren't just systems and processes. They're built and run by people.
That's why I trained as a coach, and why coaching has become such an important part of the work I do. I love understanding what makes people tick. The doubts, habits, expectations and internal battles that can make something feel far harder than it looks on paper. Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it's understanding why you haven't been able to follow the process you already have.
Structured Success brings those two sides together.
Whether you're trying to get an idea moving, finding yourself carrying the weight of an established business, or realising the way your business operates simply isn't sustainable anymore, we'll look at both you and the business.
My role isn't to hand you a generic plan or tell you how you should run your company. It's to help you get everything out of your head, understand what's really going on and create a clear, structured way forward that works for you.
Because I don't believe building a successful business should mean losing yourself in the process.
