Structured Success Business Review | Online & in person | £750 + expenses
For when the problem feels bigger than one thing.
We'll start with a 60-minute online meeting so that I can get to know you and your business, then we'll schedule a half-day in-person session so that I can take a proper look across your business — including you, your team, structure, processes, systems, capacity, direction and risk — to understand what’s working, what isn’t and what needs attention first.
We'll then work together to give you clear priorities, practical recommendations and a written action plan.

Founder coaching can be built into the work where the changes needed in the business also require something from you.

It gives us the time to look properly across the business, work out what’s creating the pressure or getting in the way, and identify what needs attention first.
The review might give you everything you need to take things forward yourself. Or, if there’s more to work on, we can use the Business Foundations Framework to turn what we’ve identified into practical change.
The Structured Success Business Review
A whole-business review for founder-led businesses that need to work better. Most business reviews look just at the business. This one also looks at the person the business has been built around.
We'll start with a 60-minute, online call, so that you can tell me all about you, your business, your hopes and dreams, your challenges and frustrations... then we'll schedule a half-day, in-person session. The review gives me a chance to take a proper look at the business with you, to understand what’s working, what isn’t, where you’re losing time and capacity, where risk or dependency is building and what needs attention first.
What do we look at?
You
Where is your time going? What are you doing that only you can do — and what are you still doing that somebody else could own?
Where has the business become dependent on you, and how sustainable is that?
Direction
What is the business trying to achieve? Is that clear?
Are your current priorities taking you towards the business you actually want to build?
People
Have you got the right people in the right roles with clear responsibilities?
Where are there gaps, duplication or dependencies? Where does work or decision-making keep coming back to you?
Ways of working
How well do your processes, systems, handovers, information and communication actually work?
What’s cumbersome? What’s sitting in people’s heads? Where is time being wasted?
Capacity and delivery
Can the current structure comfortably support the amount of work you have?
What happens if you win more? Where are the pinch points? Is growth creating capacity — or simply creating more pressure?
Control and visibility
Do you have the information you need to know what’s going on without being involved in everything?
Can you easily see the numbers, workload, pipeline, risks, quality and performance information you need to make good decisions?
Risk and resilience
Where is the business vulnerable?
Are there single points of failure? What could go wrong because everybody is too busy? And what happens to the business if you’re suddenly unavailable?
What the review will give you
By the end of your half-day Business Review, you’ll have a much clearer picture of what’s working, what isn’t and where your attention will make the biggest difference.
I'll give you:
- A clear view of what’s really creating the pressure — rather than trying to fix the symptoms.
- Your key priorities identified — what needs attention now, what can wait and what may not need changing at all.
- Practical recommendations for the areas we’ve identified, whether that’s your team, structure, systems, processes, capacity, strategy or the way the business relies on you.
- A written summary and action plan so you have something practical to work from after our session.
- A follow-up call to check in, answer questions and help you keep things moving.
The review might be all you need to give you the perspective, headspace and direction to make the changes yourself.

A complete approach to making your business work better
A clear process, and I'm with you every step of the way
Inspired by Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the Business Foundations Framework looks at what your business needs to work at its best — and what you need from the business you’ve built.
It’s a chance to step back from the day-to-day and take a proper look at the whole picture. What’s working brilliantly? What should you be doing more of? Where are the opportunities? What’s getting in the way? What needs strengthening? And is the business still taking you where you want to go?
The Framework takes us through four stages:
1. Clarity
Understand where you are now: We get clear on how the business is working today, what’s going well, what’s getting in the way and where the gaps or pressure points are.
2. Structure
Make the business work better: We look at your processes, systems, roles and ways of working to make things clearer, easier and less dependent on you.
3. Direction
Decide where you’re going: We step away from the day-to-day to get clear on what you want from the business, where it’s heading and the priorities that will move you towards it.
4. Execution
Turn the thinking into action: We turn what we’ve identified into a practical roadmap, clear priorities and a 90-day plan so things actually get done.
And not forgetting the most important part...
... YOU.
