About Me
Hi, I'm Mirelle. I help women find more fulfilment in their careers and businesses.
My background is a slightly unusual mix of corporate operations, business improvement and coaching. I spent a long time working in start-ups and demanding corporate environments, so I understand what it can be like to work in cultures that are pressurised, masculine and sometimes difficult to navigate.
Alongside that, I've spent years working with businesses and the people within them, helping to bring structure to the chaos, improve the way things work and turn what's sitting in someone's head into something clear, practical and manageable.
I love a good system. I like things in black and white. Give me a complicated business, a head full of ideas or a process that nobody quite understands and I'll happily start untangling it.
But businesses aren't just systems and processes. They're built and run by people.
That's why I trained as a coach, and why coaching has become such an important part of the work I do. I love understanding what makes people tick. The doubts, habits, expectations and internal battles that can make something feel far harder than it looks on paper. Sometimes the answer is a better process. Sometimes it's understanding why you haven't been able to follow the process you already have. And sometimes it's recognising that the work or environment you're in simply isn't working for you anymore.
Structured Success brings those two sides together.
