This is incredibly common for founders and small business owners. When too many functions rely on one person, the business becomes difficult to scale — and the pressure on your time and energy can increase quickly.

Take a moment to ask yourself this question:

“What are three things in my business that only I can do?”

Write those down.

Then ask:

“What are three things I am doing that someone else could potentially do?”
